Certified Installer
You will find that all of our emergency doors are fitted specifically to your individual requirements and detailed specifications. Each and every client is issued with certification on completion of the fitting of their emergency door that they can use for insurance purposes.
This also provides the client with peace of mind that the emergency door has been installed to the highest standards and according to strict industry guidelines.
Our regular emergency door inspections include issuing clients with digital survey results.
This provides them with information on the current state of their fire door and any parts which cause us concern, i.e. they require immediate upgrading. We’ll also explain what caused the door to fail its inspection in the first place.
Qualified Installers
You will find that every one of our apprentice emergency door fitters is Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) approved. This gives them the legal authority to install, inspect and maintain fire doors.
At J&D Carpentry, we are also BM Trada Q-Mark accredited fitters. That means we can fit steel, timber and composite fire doors, covering residential settings for blocks of apartments and flats.
