Fire safety and the law
Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, all non-domestic buildings must have fire-rated doors installed. Additionally, fire doors are a mandatory requirement in Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMOs) and blocks of flats.
